bits and pieces

It has been a while since I last updated but I have been busy with exams and enjoying the one week of summer I have before summer school starts.  My mom and I went strawberry picking yesterday.  Sadly, strawberries are almost out of season so when we got to the strawberry farm there were not a lot to pick.  But we managed to pick 3.5 lbs of big, juicy, and sweet strawberries!  The farm also grew potatoes, cabbage, and broccoli, so my mom decided to try out freshly harvested broccoli too.  We also made a trip to whole foods and bought this delicious coffee crunch dark chocolate bar.. its become one of my favorite chocolate bars of all time.. the coffee crunches give it texture and the dark chocolate is so creamy.  If you’ve never had it before, it is a must try!
